Do you take insurance?
We work with most major dental insurers. Bring your card to the first visit and we will check your coverage before any treatment.
What happens at the first visit?
It takes about an hour: a conversation, an exam, X-rays if you need them, and a clean. You leave with a written plan and prices.
I'm nervous about the dentist. Can you help?
Tell us when you book. We will plan a slower visit, explain each step, and stop whenever you raise a hand.
How old should my child be for a first visit?
Bring them by their first birthday, or when the first tooth appears. Dr. Ferrer sees children of every age.
How do I cancel a care plan?
Call or email us before your next billing date and the plan ends there. There is no cancellation fee.
