Sela Pilates

Slow, strong Pilates in a room full of light.

Reformer and mat classes in a small studio at Linden Arcade. Come as you are. Your first class is $15.

How a class feels

  • Slow on purpose

Each movement takes a full breath in and a longer one out. You finish tired in the right places and calm everywhere else.

  • Strong underneath

Springs give you something to push against, so the small muscles do real work. You may feel it the next morning.

  • Yours to adjust

Every exercise has an easier and a harder version. Your teacher picks one for you and changes it as you go.

Questions

What should I wear?

Wear something stretchy and fitted enough that your teacher can see your joints move, like leggings and a T-shirt. The reformer needs grip socks. Bring your own or ask at the desk.

What if I have an injury?

Tell us in the booking form or when you arrive. Teachers can change most exercises. If the injury or surgery is recent, check with your doctor first.

How early should I arrive?

Ten minutes early. That gives you time to leave your things, meet your teacher and set up your reformer. The door closes five minutes after class starts.

What if I need to cancel?

Cancel or move a class up to 12 hours before it starts and you pay nothing. After that the class counts as taken.
