What's included

Every quote covers the crew, the van and the basics below. Nothing on this list is an add-on.

  • Packing

    We bring boxes, paper and tape, and wrap dishes and glass one piece at a time.

  • Furniture assembly

    Beds, shelves and tables come apart at the old place and go back together at the new one.

  • Floor protection

    Runners on the floors, pads on the door frames and wrap on the banister, from the first trip to the last.

  • Short-term storage

    If the keys are late, your things wait in our Port Avery warehouse for up to 30 days.

    The crew arrives at the time we agreed, protects the floors, loads the van and sets up furniture at the other end.

Questions

Is the price really fixed?

Yes. The price in your email covers the crew, the van, fuel and the hours quoted for your home size. It changes only if what you are moving changes before the day.

What can't you move?

Paint, propane, fuel and anything else flammable stay behind, and pets travel with you. Pianos, safes and hot tubs need a special crew, so mention them when you reply to your price email.

Can you deliver outside the listed areas?

We pick up only in the eight areas above. The delivery address can be anywhere in the region, and longer moves are priced by distance.

How far ahead should I book?

At least three days before the move and at most 120. We work Monday to Saturday, and Saturdays fill up first.
